JCPenny is offering FREE kids' haircuts to any child (K-6th) during the month of August! Make sure you call your nearest JCP Salon (soon!) to confirm their participation and reserve your appointment. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are recommended. There may be a limited number of appointments available (according to the photo above), so don't wait! Between new clothes, supplies, backpacks, etc. there are a lot of "back to school" expenses. This would definitely help save families some money.
