April 2013 Goals Update & May Goals

It sure didn't feel like I accomplished much this month! In reality, I got about 60% of my list crossed off so it could have been worse. I have been fighting some serious fatigue and even possibly some depression this past month. It was just overall a really low month for me. I think the endless winter-like weather and being cooped up indoors made it that much worse.

I am looking into some medical possibilities for my lack of energy and crazy roller-coaster mood swings. Hopefully a vitamin or supplement, dietary changes, and this beautiful weather will help me regain some "oomph". I am looking forward to spending a lot of time outdoors with the kids this spring and summer and would love to have the energy to do it.

My 2013 theme is: DISCIPLINE
