I am looking into some medical possibilities for my lack of energy and crazy roller-coaster mood swings. Hopefully a vitamin or supplement, dietary changes, and this beautiful weather will help me regain some "oomph". I am looking forward to spending a lot of time outdoors with the kids this spring and summer and would love to have the energy to do it.
My 2013 theme is: DISCIPLINE
