Meal Plan Monday ~ March 18-24

Tuesday (GF minus the biscuits) 
Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Sautèed Green Beans
Whole Wheat Buttermilk Biscuits (Save leftover for breakfast sandwiches)

Chicken Enchiladas with Homemade Sauce
Fruit Smoothies (Fruit, Greek Yogurt and Spinach...shhh!)

Thursday (GF)
Kids' Night (Dad works late)
Cheeseburger Sliders on Homemade Wheat Buns
Roasted Cauliflower "Fries"
